ABOUT SERVICEWORX AUTOMOTIVE
SERVICEWORX Automotive is a family-owned and operated mechanic workshop in Highett, built on a shared passion for honest service, quality workmanship, and genuine customer care. The kind of experience that’s often missing in today’s automotive industry.
With over 20 years of experience across all aspects of the trade, we understand what really matters. A trustworthy mechanic who’s upfront, approachable, helpful, and experienced. That’s exactly why we created SERVICEWORX: to give people in Highett, Bayside, and Melbourne’s South East a workshop they can truly rely on.
Our philosophy is simple:
It’s your car. It’s your money. It’s your decision.
We’re here to provide honest advice, transparent communication, and expert automotive care — without the misleading information or pressure to just say yes.
From logbook servicing to brakes, suspension, repairs, or performance upgrades, every job is carried out with precision and pride.
As a family business, our goal is to build long-term relationships with every customer through trust, respect, and reliability. Whether you visit us for a quick service or a major repair, you’ll always find us welcoming, genuine, and ready to help.
Experience the SERVICEWORX difference — where quality, care, and transparency are the cornerstone of our business.
ABOUT MATTHEW
Matthew’s passion for mechanics started early, working with his father on dirt bikes before moving into cars once he got his license. He began his apprenticeship at a Ford dealership in Newcastle, where he quickly developed the skills and experience that would shape his career. After completing his apprenticeship early, he further honed his expertise at smaller workshops, specialising in 4WDs and building race boat engines.
In 2011, Matthew moved to Melbourne and returned to Ford, completing all training required for Ford Master Technician status. He then progressed into management, taking on the role of Operations Manager at Chadstone Ford and gaining over ten years of combined dealership experience, covering every role in the service department.
Matthew later took on the challenge of growing Elite Brake and Mechanical, expanding the team from just a few staff to a thriving workshop with ten mechanics and multiple office staff. Alongside his workshop and leadership experience, he has also been involved in motorsport, providing track support for the Toyota 86 GRR/Scholarship Series, motocross, go-karts, and drifting events.
With over 20 years in the industry, Matthew founded Serviceworx Automotive with his partner to create a workshop built on experience, quality, care, and transparency — a place customers can trust for all their automotive needs.
